Becca & Jimmy got married this past weekend and their day was truly perfect!
From the unique shots were were able to get of Jimmy getting ready in their new home, to the exciting Fire & Champaign toast that White Eagle Golf Club surprised the couple with. Each part of the day was fun, thoughtful and sweet. 🙂
While there were many amazing moments at Becca & Jimmy’s wedding, here are the Top 5 that come to mind. A Watson Wedding tradition…
#5. Coming in at number 5… Just after the ceremony, as we’re rolling through family photos, I hear laughter behind me. As I slowly turned around I noticed Groomsman, Kevin, rocking a “Liquor Shot Belt Bandolier.” I had to look it up and YOU should scroll to see it! 😉
#4. The couples Polaroid Guest Book! Or rather wall. 😀 While Polaroids have definitely made a come back, this was one of the best displays I have ever seen! A really sweet backdrop with neon light and pallet for guests to pin their photos to. I LOVED it!
#3. After Becca & Jimmy’s first look, they actually held hands and shared notes with each other! Super sweet. 🙂
#2. While July 9th was a special day for Becca & Jimmy, it was also their Grandma’s birthday!
I love how thoughtful Becca & Jimmy are. Even on their big day, they made time for Grandma. They made sure to get some special shots with her and even had the kiddos sing Happy Birthday to her with the rest of their guests! Family matters to this couple and that was so evident all day. 🙂 From their bridal party of siblings, parents joyfully hanging out all morning to singing Grandma. Each part of the day was special and family mattered. 🙂
#1. Finally, the best part of Becca & Jimmy’s reception was the fun elements from Becca’s Greek heritage that they worked in. Sweet treats that her family spent lots of time making, the five almonds as a guest gift and the lively dancing! There is nothing else quite like it. 🙂
