Abby & Mike got married this past weekend and their wedding day was TRULY a wedding to remember!
While there were so many sweet parts of their day; popping champagne with the whole Bridal Party at night, the couples meaningful first look, or the guys helping out as we moved from one location to another in the rain! I wanted to share just three of my favorites. : ) A Wedding Wednesday tradition…
#3. The small nodes to Hazel, the couple’s pup. The first thing I noticed was Abby’s bracelet. Simple and beautiful. A way to have Hazel with during the ceremony. The couple also had a few beautiful shots of Hazel at their reception, including a small painting and guests loved it!
#2. The rain! Sounds crazy to say, but we got to take photos in some truly beautiful spots. Spots that usually, during that time of day, would be too bright! I’m so grateful Abby & Mike trusted us and were open to the different location ideas we had. They’re some of my favorite shots to date. : )
#1. Sunset photos with the Bride & Groom! You guys. It literally rained all day! However, right at sunset, the sky magically opened up and we were able to head out to the Rose Garden for photos. I’m so glad we got to get some shots here!!! I think you’ll see what I mean. ; )
Abby & Mike, thank you so much for having us. The rain was totally unexpected, but you rolled with it, you trusted us to find perfect locations and I just love all the final shots that we got. : )
Thank you.
