A Summer Engagement at Blackwell Forest Preserve- Lauren & Zach

It was such a joy getting to spend time with Lauren and Zach during their engagement sessions at Blackwell Forest Preserve!

The two first met while attending Elmhurst University back in 2020, and now they’re in one of the sweetest seasons of life, planning a magical forest-inspired wedding day and dreaming about everything that’s still to come. Spending time with these two, it was easy to see how much they love supporting one another and simply enjoy being together.

Our first attempt at their engagement session came with an unexpected rainstorm, but not before I had the chance to meet one very important member of the family…their adorable bearded dragon, Riddler! Thankfully, we were able to get together again for a second session with beautiful weather, and I loved getting to capture even more of this exciting season for them.
