A Summer Engagement at LoKey- Megan & Peter

August engagement sessions have been SO much fun, and I loved getting Megan & Peter in front of my camera at LoKey! These two are easygoing, sweet together, and we had such a great time capturing this season before they officially become husband and wife.

Their story started through mutual coworkers when Peter asked around for Megan’s number. He texted her and invited her to grab a glass of wine after work, and the rest is history! Their connection grew from there, and I especially love that their careers have continued to keep them both connected to the hospitality and travel world.

When Peter was ready to propose, he planned something perfectly personal. At the end of January, Megan’s mom took her out to brunch while Peter stayed behind to prepare their condo for the proposal. When Megan returned home, he asked her to marry him right there in the first home they had purchased together. Just the two of them, in a place already filled with so much of their life together.
