WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE

I remember when I first started my business. I would set up consultations with couples. Walk them through a generic free wedding questionnaire I found online. Then I would walk them through my collection options and cross my fingers they would book. 

Maybe you can relate? 

That’s when it hit me. This consultation was my opportunity to impress them. To set myself a part and genuinely serve them. 

I shifted gears and re-worked my wedding questionnaire. The next time I went to a consultation I went through the questionnaire with them and then I shocked them. 

I built them their own custom wedding day timeline right there before their eyes. 

Why? 

Let me rewind to four months before I started my business. Our wedding day actually.

The day had been a total whirl wind. From getting ready in the morning with my bridesmaids to walking down the aisle. Tears of joy were shed, we were officially married and we had just finished up photos of the bridal party and us. 

Before our reception even started our photographer told us we were out of time and if we wanted him to stay we had to pony up cash right then. (You can’t make this stuff up!)

We did, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. 

What if our photographer had walked us through our wedding day and shared what to expect? We would have had the proper amount of coverage from the start and gladly paid in advance. 

How?
