Happy Thursday! If you missed our last post about how to create delicate & beautiful centerpieces, check it out here!
I remember when my husband and I first got engaged, there were so many exciting things going on; the engagement party, wedding planning, the dress! Everything was new and as the first one in my family to get married…I had no clue how to start planning the wedding!
If you’re newly engaged, you may be feeling the same way, but before I go any further, don’t worry. You have plenty of time and everything will fall into place.
The first major thing you’re going to want to check off your list is the venue. The venue will often determine your wedding date even the theme of your wedding. Have fun with this, check out lots of different types of venues. You may be surprised by what grabs you.
Once you have the venue for both the ceremony and reception, that means you’ve finalized your wedding date and you can start looking for your wedding photographer!
At RWP as soon as you’ve finalized your wedding date, we want to meet with you! Wedding planning is crazy! When we meet with perspective clients we go through an in depth questionnaire to help you fill in some of the details of your wedding day and most importantly, we’ll help you come up with a photography friendly timeline.
Photos are one of the most important parts of your wedding, we want to make sure there is time built into your day for beautiful and artistic wedding photos so we’ll walk you through everything from getting ready to the final send off.
If you’re interested in having RWP as your wedding photographers, fill out our connect form! We would love to hear from you and if you haven’t yet, check out our Wedding Gallery & Collections.
I hope this helps you as you start to plan your wedding day. Congratulations on your engagement and hope to hear from you soon!
Till Next Time,
