Your big day is finally here! You’ve shared your vision with us, had a fun engagement session with Cassie where you learned lots of tips & tricks, we’ve finalized your timeline and now it’s time to celebrate!
Our hope for you, more than anything else, is that you and your soon-to-be hubby would be able to enjoy the day and cherish the memories. Have grace with each other has you plan. We’ve gotten to be at a lot of weddings and we love helping our couples craft the perfect timeline so that their day is relaxed, fun AND we get all the fun shots you’ve been dreaming about.
Once we get your final Wedding Questionnaire back, we’ll go through it, do a final draft of your wedding timeline and send it your way to review. Once it’s finalized, do a dance to celebrate! Your wedding day will be here before you know it!

Why did you start an RWP Associate Photographer Program?
To create opportunities for other people to do what they love. : )
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, (Thanks Mom & Dad!) I have a unique background. A love for photography and an innate understanding of business. My dream is to create space for other creatives to do what they love by connecting them with our incredible Watson Brides.
Will I meet my photographer before my wedding day?
Yes! It’s one of the reasons we always include a complementary engagement session. We love meeting our couples before their wedding day and we’re excited to teach you a few posing tips and tricks so you feel like a pro on your big day.
I really like the RWP editing style. Do I still get this with an RWP Associate?
Yes! The RWP style is one of the things that brought you here. All edits are done by myself and the same team that has been working with me since 2017.
What is the difference between hiring Rachael or an RWP Associate Photographer?
When you hire a RWP Associate photographer, you get the Watson Bride experience, just with Cassie as your lead photographer. : )
How does this associate thing work?
In general, if you love the RWP style, reach out! I would love to hear more about your day and answer any questions you may have. From there, if it feels like a good fit, we can set up a short phone call with Cassie. I think you’ll love her!
When it comes to your engagement session and wedding day, I will be the one to help you choose the perfect engagement session location or create a photography friendly wedding timeline. Cassie will be the one who teaches you all our tips and tricks at your engagement session and then captures the story of your wedding day. From there, it’s back to me to edit, do sneak peeks and send your final gallery over to you. : )
It’s quite the tag team, but it leans into our individual strengths. It’s been so much fun getting to serve more couples in this way while still taking weddings of my own.
How did you pick your associates?
When the idea of an RWP Associate option first came to mind, I just knew they had to be someone special. Someone who could create beautiful images that capture the essence of a couples wedding day, but more than that, someone who is fun, generous, kind and is excited to love and serve couples on their wedding day.
Wait! Rachael, are you still shooting weddings?
Yes! When it comes to photography, weddings are my first love. I am so, so blessed to do what I love. I can’t imagine a day where I’m not capturing the joy and excitement of our Watson Brides on their wedding day.

How many RWP Associate Photographers are there?
As of today, Cassie is our main RWP Associate Photographer. However, we have a couple other friends who jump in from time to time and I LOVE when they get to work with our Watson Brides!
