Happy Thursday! If you miss our last Behind the Lens post introducing our Associate Photographer Natalie, make sure to check it out here!
This week I thought I would introduce you to my Designer Bridal Albums. A lot of my couples will ask me if they have to choose between a canvas and a Bridal Album, which should they choose and I say Bridal Album every time!
Your Bridal Album isn’t just a snapshot of your wedding day, it’s the story of your wedding day from start to finish. It’s all the details, parts and moments of your wedding day creatively and expertly displayed in a Designer Album. It’s one of the first family heirlooms of the new family you’re creating and it’s the perfect way to look back and remember all the special moments of your wedding day.
At RWP Bridal Albums are huge part of what we do and love. We’ve worked hard to create an Album design process so that when the final page is approved, your album is totally unique to you and your new hubby.
The first part of this process is making sure your favorite images –not mine- are in your Bridal Album. To make this happen as soon as your Online Wedding Gallery is published you get to create your favorites folder. Those are the images we’ll use as we design your Bridal Album.
The next part of this process is choosing the size and style you want your Bridal Album designed in.
This is a Traditional Design.
It’s clean, beautiful and each photo has their space to be shown off. A lot of couples really like this style because of it’s classic and elegant look.
Here is a Modern Design.
This is also a fun design style. With this design style images may be layered, wedding colors may be worked into backgrounds and each spread becomes an unique collage.
Finally, once your design is completed we get to finalize your Bridal Album cover and inscription, for example, “Mr. & Mrs. Watson- October 5, 2013” <—-That’s when my husband and I said I do!
At RWP we offer beautiful Leather bound Bridal Albums or if you’re looking for something a little different we also have silk and photo wrap around album covers. While our leather bound albums are the most popular, each couple is different so we’re always looking for fun options so that your Bridal Album can truly be unique to you.
I love, love, love designing albums! I love how unique they are and I love working with my couples to create a beautiful finished Bridal Album.
I hope you enjoyed this Behind the Lens look at Bridal Albums. If you’re interested in having RWP as your wedding photographers, fill out our connect form! We would love to hear from you and if you haven’t yet, check out our Wedding Gallery & Collections.
As always, I hope this helps you as you start to plan your wedding day and thinking about Bridal Albums. Congratulations on your engagement and hope to hear from you soon!
Till Next Time,
PS. Did you know we also offer Parent Albums? If you’re looking for the perfect way to say Thank You to your parents for helping make your special day happen, make sure to ask about Parent Albums!
