I can’t believe Amanda & Ben’s wedding has already come and gone. I feel like I was just talking to them at their initial meeting. Fast forward to their engagement session, questionnaires and a few timeline changes. These two are finally married and their day could not have been more unique to them! 🙂
Amanda & Ben put so much of themselves into their wedding. I remember when we first talked they didn’t quite have a date yet because they weren’t sure where they wanted to hold their wedding.
They wanted all their friends and family to be there so they opted for something less traditional, but totally personal!
Pottawatomie Park turned out to be the perfect fit! A large outdoor area on the river with enough space so everyone could celebrate with them. 🙂
What I loved most about their wedding, besides their fantastic bridal party, were all the small twists they put on tradition. Themes of travel, adventure & the outdoors were important details to them and I think it showed throughout their day, but you’ll have to check it out for yourself. 😉
Enjoy this sneak peek!

I was so excited when I walked into this room for getting ready photos. Tons of space, neutral walls…
AHH! Just look at this Bride! Picture perfect. 🙂
PS. For my current Brides, this is the window effect! Gorgeous natural light pouring in on Amanda. I love it!
Sisters!
First look with Dad!
These three little rascals are so cute!
Yes, this man married them. 🙂 He’s pretty funny, totally rocks out and brings the Word. #loveit
Shots!
I don’t know if anyone remembers this past Saturday or not, but it was 95 degrees!
We opted to get a few Bridal Party shots indoors before heading out. 🙂
Can’t even tell how hot it was!
Birkenstocks. 🙂
This has to be one of my favorite shots of the day. Ahhhh! I just love doing veil shots!
The sisters again, so cute!
Wait. What’s this? Oh yes. This couple didn’t just have a regular entrance, they canoed in!
Their arrival from the river. 🙂
Dave’s Slow Food was AMAZING!
I love this. 🙂
Sunset Photos. Worth it every time!
