A Fall Engagement at Cantigny: Katie & Charlie
Katie & Charlie first met through mutual friends when they were seniors in college at Notre Dame. While neither of them had been expecting much, they immediately hit it off and have been together since. 🙂
Charlie wanted to make sure the proposal was perfect. He asked Katie’s parents, found the perfect ring and then flew into Chicago for the big day…
The two headed out to dinner at one of their favorite restaurants, Hizeman’s. Knowing Katie didn’t want a public proposal, the two enjoyed dinner together.
When the two got back to Katie’s apartment, things had been transformed!
“Will You Marry Me?” was spelled out in paper lanterns and Charlie was down on one knee. 🙂
