Elizabeth & Ben’s journey began at North Central College in Naperville, where their paths first crossed while both finishing up their sophomore years. However, it wasn’t till they connected online that the two really hit it off, setting the stage for a connection that felt destined, especially since their families had some unexpected ties!

On Elizabeths’s 24th birthday, Ben planned a memorable proposal during his trip to Minnesota. Knowing Elizabeth was a dedicated physical therapy student, he cleverly faked an ankle injury to draw her to a park, creating the perfect setup for his surprise proposal. : )
