I just loved getting to connect with Victoria and Cole at their engagement session last week at Blackwell Forest Preserve in Wheaton, IL! Even with it being early Spring, the setting was beautiful with POPS of green. I’m so glad I got to capture their love in this perfect spot.

Victoria & Cole first met online, but it didn’t take long for them to realize just how much they had in common. After dating for a couple of years, Cole planned to ask the biggest question of all when they went to visit Victoria’s parents in AZ…

As the two headed out for dinner, Cole made sure to grab his jacket, despite the 110 degree heat. That little detail made Victoria suspect something might be up.

When they got outside, Cole turned to look at Victoria, “Can I ask you something? Will you marry me?” Even with the jacket tipping Victoria off, nothing quite prepares you for this moment. It as the best surprise, and of course, she said yes. : )
