Spring Engagement at ​Cantigny Park- Callie & Ian

Callie and Ian flew in from Colorado for their engagement session at Cantigny Park, and our timing couldn’t have been more perfect! We were blessed with a sunny day, and the blooms around the fountain were absolutely stunning.

Their love story began when they met online just after Callie moved to Colorado. Everything clicked right away! Fast forward to June 22, 2024, when Callie thought she was heading to a simple family dinner in Chicago celebrating summer birthdays. Little did she know, Ian had orchestrated the surprise of a lifetime.

Ian had told Callie he couldn’t make it to the dinner, which bummed her out, but she understood how busy work can get. But here’s the twist: he secretly flew in! As Callie entered her mom’s house, her heart raced. There was Ian, down on one knee, surrounded by her loving family.

When I asked Callie about that moment, she said she was overwhelmed with joy and disbelief and couldn’t help but burst into happy tears!
