Summer Wedding at Eaglewood Resort by Cassie- Maddie & Jason

This past Saturday, RWP Associate Photographer Cassie had the joy of capturing Maddie & Jason’s beautiful wedding day at Eaglewood Resort. From sweet moments shared on the golf course to timeless bridal details, every part of their celebration felt personal and meaningful.

When I asked Cassie what her three favorite moments were from Maddie & Jason’s day, here’s what she had to say…

1. Maddie’s Bridal Parasols
Maddie brought the most beautiful paper parasols for her and her bridesmaids to use during portraits, and they were such a timeless, elegant touch. Not only did they add a sweet, classic flair to the photos, but they also created the prettiest soft light on a bright summer day. It felt like something out of a vintage romance novel!

2. Their Private First Look + Vow Reading
Maddie and Jason shared their first look out on the golf course, away from the crowd and tucked into the quiet beauty of the landscape. It was peaceful, emotional, and so intimate. After seeing each other for the first time, they read their personal vows privately, and it was one of the most meaningful moments of the day—just the two of them, fully present.

3. The Loving Cup Tradition
During the reception, Maddie and her sorority sisters circled up and raised their silver loving cup high. They sang a special sorority song and passed the cup around, each taking a sip in celebration. It was full of laughter, love, and sisterhood—such a fun and heartfelt moment that added a deeply personal touch to the day.
