There’s something magical about summer evenings at Cantigny Park, and getting to explore the gardens with Stephanie and Dan was a total highlight! Cassie, our amazing RWP Associate Photographer, captured so many sweet moments between these two—it was such a joy editing through their session.

Stephanie and Dan’s story began in a very modern way—online! And while the algorithm may have brought them together, it’s clear their connection is anything but ordinary. After dating for a few years, Dan planned a quiet, meaningful proposal during a walk at one of their favorite local forest preserves. When he asked to stop and “look at the water,” Stephanie had no idea what was coming… until he got down on one knee!
