A Fall Engagement at Island Park- Hannah & Dan

From the very first moments of photographing Hannah and Dan, I could tell this session would be something special. The way they laugh together and effortlessly connect made capturing their love story such a joy. Island Park was the perfect setting for their October engagement session— crisp air, golden leaves, and that unmistakable spark between them.

Hannah and Dan’s story began back in Geology class at Elgin Community College, though funnily enough, they’d gone to the same high school without ever talking! What started as classmates soon grew into a love that’s lasted over nine years.

Their proposal story is straight out of a dream— Dan popped the question on Mackinac Island at the Grand Mackinac Hotel, overlooking the lake. He even coordinated his outfit to match Hannah’s (how sweet is that?) while his family captured the moment in photos!

From getting a dog and buying their first home to traveling and dreaming about future milestones, these two are building such a beautiful life together. These two are going to make an incredible team for life!
