An Associate Wedding at Cantigny by Cassie- Stephanie & Dan

Where do I even begin with Stephanie & Dan’s wedding day? From the start of the morning, you could just feel the excitement and joy surrounding them. Every detail was so thoughtfully put together, but more than that, every moment was filled with laughter, happy tears, and love.

Here are a few of my favorite moments Cassie shared from their incredible day:

#3. The First Look

Stephanie and Dan’s first look was one of those moments that just made everyone breathe easier. The second they saw each other, the nerves melted away, replaced with laughter and the biggest smiles. It was such a genuine, joy-filled start to the day — exactly how every wedding should begin.

#2. Bride & Groom Portraits Around Cantigny

Cantigny truly showed off for these two. From the blooming gardens to the winding paths, every turn gave us a new backdrop to play with. Stephanie and Dan were total naturals — laughing, twirling, and soaking in every minute together. Their portraits are such a perfect reflection of who they are as a couple: fun, relaxed, and completely in love.

#1. The Father-Daughter Dance Surprise

The evening took a hilarious and unforgettable turn when Stephanie and her dad began their traditional slow dance… only for the music to suddenly switch to Walk Like an Egyptian! The room erupted in laughter as the two of them broke into their signature moves and officially opened the dance floor. It was the perfect mix of heart and humor — such a fun way to kick off the celebration!
