When Reed first reached out about proposing to Elizabeth, I could feel his excitement through every message. He had already scouted the perfect spot at St. James Farm, looped in their families, and planned every detail with so much thoughtfulness. You could tell this moment meant everything to him.
When the day arrived, the energy was buzzing. Under the guise of a simple dog meet-up, Reed, Elizabeth, Chad, and Ashley strolled into the park with pups in tow… completely unaware that BOTH families were tucked away, waiting for the big moment. After a smooth (and very sneaky) hand-off of the ring from Chad to Reed, they wandered to the perfect spot.
And then—it happened. Reed dropped to one knee, and Elizabeth was totally shocked. But the best part? Just when she thought the surprise was over, her entire family—including her two sisters, who are triplets with her—came running around the corner. The joy, the disbelief, the cheering… it was all so charged with excitement.
Watching the two of them together afterward was just as sweet. They fell right into rhythm with each other—so trusting, so excited, so deeply connected. It made capturing their first few engagement portraits feel effortless, like the images were coming alive simply because of who they are together.
Elizabeth & Reed, thank you for letting me be part of such a joyful moment. I’m so thrilled for this next chapter you’re stepping into.
Now grab a blanket, snuggle up, and enjoy your sneak peek— it’s live!
Reed & Elizabeth — thank you for inviting me into such a special moment. It was an honor to capture the joy and celebration of your proposal, and I’m cheering you on as this new chapter begins.
Much Love,
