An Associate Engagement by Cassie at Cantigny Park- Natalie & Patrick

Some love stories just feel easy from the very beginning… and that’s exactly what Natalie and Patrick’s story is all about.

These two met the modern-day way on Hinge, but from their very first date at Mama Maria’s in Orland Park, it felt like something much more familiar. What started as dinner quickly turned into hours of conversation, sharing stories and laughing like they had known each other for years. It was effortless in the best way.

As their relationship grew, so did their life together. Patrick moved closer, and about a year later, they officially moved in, building a rhythm filled with simple, meaningful moments… time with friends, cozy nights at home, and hanging out with their niece, Penelope.

Their engagement story? Straight out of a movie.

While traveling through Europe (and braving plenty of rain along the way), Natalie kept jokingly asking Patrick, “Is this it?” At just the right moment, in front of the Eiffel Tower, Patrick got down on one knee and said the words she had been waiting to hear: “This is it.”
