A Spring Engagement at Lincoln Park & North Avenue Beach- Megan & Luke

Some love stories truly feel like they were written with a little extra magic, and Megan & Luke’s story is absolutely one of them.

These two first met during college orientation, where a simple exchange of numbers eventually led to a beautiful reconnection during Megan’s sophomore year. Even though life initially took them to different schools, their relationship continued to grow, and seven years later, here they are planning the most beautiful next chapter together.

From their unforgettable IHOP first date to building a life filled with laughter, love, and their sweet pup Ace, Megan & Luke’s relationship is such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the very best love stories are the ones that grow steadily over time.

In December 2024, Luke proposed beneath the breathtaking Honeycomb in Lincoln Park, making it the perfect full-circle moment that we just had to honor during their engagement session.

And as if their session wasn’t already dreamy enough, the evening gifted us something truly unforgettable… a DOUBLE rainbow stretching across the Chicago sky. It honestly felt like the sweetest little reminder of just how special this season is for these two. Between Lincoln Park, North Avenue Beach, golden light, and one of the most magical skies I’ve ever photographed, this session was pure joy from beginning to end.
