An Associate Wedding by Cassie at Hyatt Lodge- Quinn & Dillon

Associates

Thinking about Quinn & Dillon’s wedding day last Saturday brings back so many wonderful memories. Before the wedding day even began, Cassie had the joy of photographing their welcome party at The Elm in La Grange, which meant she was able to meet so many of their favorite people ahead of time. By the time wedding day arrived, it felt less like walking into a room full of strangers and more like celebrating alongside family and friends.

From getting ready at Quinn’s parents’ home to portraits at the Hyatt Lodge and a packed dance floor later that evening, their day was filled with meaningful details, joyful moments, and so much love. While there were countless favorites, here are three things Cassie especially loved from Quinn & Dillon’s wedding day:

#3. The Earrings

One of the most unique and meaningful details from the day was the earrings! During Quinn’s bachelorette trip in Florida, Bone & Arrow Designs came out and hosted an earring party with the girls, and they each made their own earrings to wear for the wedding. They were absolutely beautiful, and I loved that each pair was unique while still tying in so perfectly with the whole wedding day. It was such a fun, personal detail!

#2. The Details of the Day

Quinn’s color palette was exquisite. The greens, the pinks, the mix of patterns, the spring-inspired details… everything felt so fresh, joyful, and beautifully thought out. She truly thought of everything, and I loved seeing the way it all came together so seamlessly. Honestly, Quinn may have a future in wedding design!

#1. The Dance Floor

TVK Orchestra kept the dance floor packed all night long! It was one of those receptions where I could hardly move around to take photos because there were so many people out there dancing. Usually a dance floor has waves: people dance, take breaks, mingle, and come back… But not this crowd. Quinn and Dillon’s friends and family danced their hearts out and stayed on that floor all night!

Quinn & Dillon, thank you so much for inviting the RWP team into such a meaningful season of your lives. It was such a joy to celebrate alongside you, capture these memories, and witness the incredible love surrounding you both. We are so grateful to have been part of your wedding day and cannot wait to share more of these moments with you soon.
