Natalia & Eric’s wedding day was filled with so many thoughtful moments, beautiful details, and joyful celebration. From getting ready at home surrounded by family to dancing the night away at Riverside Receptions, every part of the day felt intentional and full of love. Cassie had the honor of documenting this beautiful wedding, and after hearing all about it, I couldn’t wait to share a few of her favorite moments from the day!
There were so many favorite parts of Natalia and Eric’s wedding day, but here are three things Cassie especially loved!
#3. The Color
Natalia’s florals were absolutely stunning. They were colorful, joyful, and so full of life! I loved how much personality they brought to the day, and they photographed so beautifully. The colors added so much warmth and celebration to every part of the wedding, and I could not get enough of them!
#2. The Framed Ceremony Photo at the Reception
Natalia’s family has the sweetest wedding tradition of printing a photo from the ceremony and having it framed on the head table for the bride and groom. I loved this so much! They needed a little help getting the photo quickly, so I connected my camera to my phone, pulled over one of my favorite ceremony images, made a few quick edits, and sent it to Natalia’s bridesmaid, Natalie, one of my former Watson brides! From there, Natalie sent it to her husband, Jimmy, who had it printed and placed on the head table before Natalia and Eric’s room reveal. It was such a special detail, and I loved getting to play a tiny part in helping that tradition come together.
#1. Eric seeing Natalia Walk Down the Aisle
One of the sweetest moments of the entire day was watching Eric see Natalia for the first time as she walked down the aisle. The emotion completely took over, and he couldn’t hold back the tears. It was such a beautiful, genuine reaction, and everyone could feel how much that moment meant.
