A Summer Engagement at Lincoln Park- Daniela & Adrian

September in Chicago was showing off for Daniela & Adrian’s engagement session! We spent the evening exploring Lincoln Park together, and these two made my job incredibly easy. So much laughter, easy connection, and a whole lot of fun. : )

Their story actually started at work, where Daniela noticed the “cute guy at work” after joining Adrian’s team. Their first date was a Cubs game, and since then, they’ve filled their relationship with sporting events, pizza nights, coffee shop adventures, book club reads, and even a few 5Ks together!

Then came the proposal. Adrian planned an entire Chicago date under the guise of celebrating Daniela’s promotion, complete with reservations and a VERY important Derrick Rose bobblehead box that he claimed he needed in case they happened to meet Derrick Rose. Turns out, the box was actually hiding the ring!

Near Marina Towers, Adrian proposed with a photographer secretly waiting nearby to capture it all. And the surprises weren’t over yet. Afterward, Daniela discovered that Adrian, her mom, and her sister had planned a big engagement party with their families to celebrate!

Daniela & Adrian, thank you so much for trusting me to capture this season for you two! I had the best time wandering Lincoln Park with you, laughing together, and getting to know you both a little more. I’m so grateful to be part of it.
