An Associate Engagement by Cassie at Blackwell Forest Preserve- Meghan & Mike

Associates

October engagement sessions are always a favorite, and Meghan & Mike’s session at Blackwell Forest Preserve was no exception! Cassie had such a wonderful time with these two, and I’m so excited to share a little of their story with you!

Meghan & Mike met 11 years ago during a girls’ night out that almost didn’t happen! What was supposed to be “just one drink” at Durty Nellie’s in Palatine turned into meeting the love of her life! Meghan even saved Mike’s number as “Stripes Durty Nellies” and had to ask for his actual name a few weeks later. LOL! Eleven years later, that nickname has definitely stuck!

Fast forward to a trip to San Diego, where Mike proposed during a sunset sailboat cruise! Knowing how much Meghan loves photos, he even arranged for the captain to capture the moment. The ocean has always been special to these two, making their proposal even sweeter!

Cassie loved getting to spend a beautiful October evening with Meghan & Mike at Blackwell Forest Preserve! Between the fall scenery and all the fun these two had together, their session was such a joy to photograph!

Meghan & Mike, thank you so much for trusting us to capture this sweet season of your lives! We are SO excited for your wedding day at Eaglewood!

Now, grab a blanket and snuggle up. Your sneak peek is live!

Meghan & Mike, thank you again for such a fun evening with Cassie! We loved celebrating this exciting season with you and cannot wait to photograph your wedding day at Eaglewood! SO many more beautiful memories ahead! : )

Much Love,
