Eliza & Jack are MARRIED!!! These two celebrated their wedding day last Friday at The BRIX on the Fox, and I couldn’t be more excited to share a little peek into their beautiful day! Cassie had the best time celebrating alongside them, and from a little wedding-day rain to the sweetest dessert surprise, there were so many fun moments to remember!
Here are Cassie’s three favorite things from their wedding day!
#3. Dairy Queen Blizzards for Dessert!
Eliza and Jack had Dairy Queen Blizzards for their guests at the sweets table, and I absolutely loved this idea! Getting to enjoy a Blizzard at a wedding is such a fun treat, and it was one of those details I knew would make my top three. Now I’m thinking more weddings need a little Dairy Queen! : )
#2. That Incredible Oak Tree!
The giant oak tree in front of The Brix on the Fox made the most epic backdrop for Eliza and Jack’s wedding party portraits! With its huge, sweeping branches overhead and everyone gathered beneath it, we had such a beautiful setting to work with. These are some of my favorite wedding party portraits, and that tree deserves a little credit!
#1. A Little Rain and So Much Sunshine!
They say a wet knot is hard to untie, and Eliza and Jack got a little wedding-day good luck with some light rain right before their first look! By the time we photographed their wedding party and bride and groom portraits, the rain had completely cleared and we had the most beautiful, bright sunshine. I loved that their day gave us a little of both, and that sunshine made their portraits SO beautiful!
Eliza & Jack, thank you SO much for trusting our team to capture your wedding day! I’m so grateful Cassie got to celebrate alongside you two, and I couldn’t be more excited for you to relive all these sweet moments!
