Stephanie & Peter met when they were in law school together. As you can imagine, everyone knew everyone and it was a very competitive environment.
That was what made Peter stand out to Stephanie though. Even with the intensity of law school, Peter different. As Stephanie described him, he was “a breath of fresh air and totally broke course with what the normal law student was like.”
While they both knew each other, they were both a bit shy. After class one day, Peter met Stephanie at her locker and in an attempt to ask her out, ended up asking her to watch the Hawks game at a local bar instead. The two had a lot of fun together and Peter knew then that she would be the one he dropped a knee for. 🙂
Flash forward, Stephanie & Peter had just enjoyed a fun night out and were headed back to their place. When Stephanie opened the door, she saw red stuff everywhere and immediately assumed that their pup had gotten into trouble while they were out.
It took a second for her to realize those red stuff was rose petals and when she turned around, Peter was down on one knee. 🙂
Stephanie said yes and as she did BOTH Stephanie’s parents AND Peter’s Mom popped out of the office to congratulate them. It was the perfect surprise. 🙂
