A Summer Engagement at Cantigny: Megan & Mackenzie

 

These two love birds met when they were still in high school and while their story starts there, they actually didn’t start dating till after they had left for college.

While they had known each other in high school and had even been friends, it wasn’t until they were back home for the summer that they realized they didn’t see each other as friends any more! With some liquid courage, these two shared their first kiss. They’ve been together ever since. 🙂

This past December Mackenzie popped the question. 😀

The two had been hanging out with friends all day. In fact, Megan was the one who had planned the whole Chicago adventure… or at least she thought!

After going to a rooftop bar, the group decided to go to Museum Campus to get some fun skyline photos. 🙂

That’s when it happened. As the two took their turn to pose, Mackenzie asked Megan to spend the rest of her life with him. 🙂
