Stephanie & Johnny got married this past Saturday and their day could not have been more perfect. 🙂

I don’t know what it is about this year, but it feels like every single weekend there is rain in the forecast! However, I also feel blessed. Even though the weather called for rain throughout the day, not only did it not rain, but the sun even came out for a bit! We were just grabbing our last shots by the St. Andrews sign when it started to sprinkle. I’ll take that any day!

Top five moments of Stephanie & Johnny’s wedding…

#5. The Groomsmen gifts! A lot of couples will do fun little gifts for their bridal party. Not Johnny, he went all out and found personal gifts for each of his groomsmen. From inside jokes like a “Hottest Friend” trophy to superhero items. They were personal and his groomsmen loved them!

#4. The first look. I just love these!!! It’s a moment full of such anticipation and this weekend was no different. You can scroll to check it out. 😉

#3. Hanging out with the bridal party. This was SUCH a fun group! They were flexible and totally rolled with the punches. (They also did some sidewalk dodging, thank you!) I especially loved that they all had matching sunglasses! We got some fun shots out of those.

#2. The couples vows. Something about loving and respecting one another. 😉 It’s always a good ceremony when it’s full of genuine joy and laughter.

#1. The spiral staircase. I’ve been to St. Andrews many times to golf throughout my life, but I was having a hard time visualizing where this was! I found photos online, scooped it out in advance and brainstormed some ideas, but I still wasn’t 100% sure what would work best. As soon as Stephanie & Johnny got to the staircase, all the missing parts fell into place. I love the shots we got there and I’m so glad Stephanie picked this location. 🙂
