This was SUCH a fun engagement session!!!

Seriously. 😀

April sessions are always some of my favorite. It’s finally starting to warm up, we’re starting to see greenery after the long Winter months AND I get to do engagement sessions with my couples!!!

While this session was still a bit cold, Carrie & Kevin rocked out and I’m so grateful because I LOVE how these shots turned out!

Carrie & Kevin met at when they were in college at Southern Illinois University. They went on a few dates, but didn’t reconnect until a few laters later when they were both back in Chicago!

Flash forward to this past Thanksgiving. Carrie & Kevin were taking a walk together before dinner when Kevin said he had a scratch on his leg. Carrie turned around and he was down on one knee. 😀

Carrie said yes and they celebrated with all their family over the weekend. 🙂
