This is an engagement session I have been waiting YEARS to do!
Blake and I have known Dave since high school and while sometimes friendships fade, Blake and Dave have remained friends over the years. Though many moves, deployment and more moves, the guys have kept in touch and I know if Dave is on the phone… I have the next couple hours to myself.
As any friend would, Blake and I always wondered who would capture Dave’s heart… Needless to say, when Dave wanted us to meet Christina, we were excited. 🙂
One of my first memories with Christina was when the two came up around Thanksgiving. I wasn’t 100% sure what to do with her. We had JUST meeting and the boys were off doing something fun together. I shouldn’t have worried though. Christina made things easy. She was easy to talk with and down for anything. And I mean anything! Nails, coffee, driving, couch hunting. A friend who shows up, takes no shenanigans and is always game for an adventure. 🙂
The best part of their visit though, was seeing the love these two share. We could tell it was the real deal.
Flash forward to just a few months ago, Blake got the call… Dave & Christina were engaged!!! (And we were over the moon!)
Christina & Dave, we could be more excited for you two to start this next adventure together. There is truly nothing else like it. 🙂
