Courtney & Mick first met a couple of years ago when they met up with mutual friends at a local bar. They connected right away and have been together since. 🙂

This past Summer, Mick knew he wanted to ask Courtney to marry him.

The two planned a trip to Florida. As they walked the beach, hoping to see dolphins, Mick knew it was the perfect moment… He got down on one knee and asked Courtney to marry him.

Courtney, totally shocked, just started to repeat, “Stop, stop.” as tears of joy filled her eyes.

Mick, a little surprised by the reaction joked, “That’s not exactly what you want to hear when you’re down on one knee.”

Courtney, realizing what she was saying, laughed and said, “Oh my gosh. YES!”

Courtney & Mick, THANK YOU so much for coming out last week for your engagement session! I loved getting to explore downtown Naperville with you and I just love the final shots that we got.
