A Spring Engagement at St James Forest Preserve & Cantigny Park: Allison & Chris

Allison & Chris first met when they both worked together at Allstate! While they were on different teams in the finance department, they kept running into each other as leads.

When I asked Allison what her first impressions of Chris were, she said he was handsome, funny, outgoing and, one of the things she loved most, inclusive of others. When I asked Chris, he didn’t hesitate. He said that he loved how easy going Allison was, how bubby, and her striking green eyes.

After running into each other a few times, the two went out on a first date, confirming all their inital first impressions plus some! They’ve been together ever since. : )

This past September, Chris knew he wanted to propose and while the two had talked about it, Chris was still able to surprise Allison with a sweet proposal when the two spent the weekend in New Buffalo. A fun getaway with the perfect surprise. : )
