My husband, Blake and I LOVE trying new things together; food, hot yoga, downhill mountain biking, you name it! Finding outdoor adventure and all the Marvel movies. I’m a summer girl, line dance regular, morning person -gasp!- and 8 wing 9 for all my Enneagram lovers out there.

Fun fact. I actually met my husband when I was 15! See what chocolate Munchkins, motorcycles and a 100lb sign have to do with it here.

Wedding Wednesday: Elyse & Kaiser

I said it before, but when I first met Elyse at their engagement session I knew right away she was a Watson Bride. I love the joy she shares with every person she meets. Together, her and Kaiser are a powerful pair!

I think my favorite part of the wedding day, besides their first look, which is always a favorite, was being able to photograph Elyse, Kaiser and their bridal party. We had talked about a couple different locations for photos since you never know what you’re going to get with March, but in the end we had perfect weather and we were able to go to the Naperville Riverwalk, their first choice, (And mine!). As I walked up to meet them at the Riverwalk, I had to laugh. Each bridesmaid had their bouquet in one hand (None were left on the Wedding Bus!) and wine in the other. ????

It was such a small thing, but with it, I could see and hear the excitement of everyone in the bridal party, Elyse & Kaiser had officially tied the knot and it was time to celebrate with them!!!

Elyse & Kaiser, thank you so much for having us as your wedding photographers. Blake and I had a blast working with both of you and we could not be more excited as you begin this next adventure together. 🙂
