Wedding Wednesday: Danielle & Evan

When I think about Danielle & Evan’s wedding this past Saturday, so many fun memories come to mind. 🙂 However, if I had to narrow it down, here are the top 5 moments that come to mind.

#5. We were almost done with photos of Danielle & Evan when I remembered there was a willow tree at the end of the parking lot. It was buggy out. It had been raining on and off all day. We A L M O S T didn’t go over there. I’m so glad Danielle was game! Those few shots we got there ended up being some of my favorite. I hope you love them too!

#4. I guess I should back up to before we decided to do photos outdoors. Friend. It had been raining on and off all morning! Finally, just after the first look, it cleared up! Coming in number 4 is when Danielle said, “Let’s go for it!” We grabbed our clear umbrellas and headed across the street to the vineyard. While the conditions weren’t perfect, Danielle & Evan stayed focused on each other and you can totally tell by the way they look at each other. 🙂

#3. Danielle’s first look with her Dad. These get me every time. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. 😉

#2. Their sparkler exit. We spent a little bit of time running around trying to find lighters, but I couldn’t have been more excited! As family and the bridal party headed outside, the excitement only spread. Danielle & Evan were so cute! As they ran down the steps, Evan stopped halfway down, dipped Danielle and planted one on her. The camera loved it!

#1. The Family traditions. In particular, Uncle Joe. I wasn’t 100% sure how this would play out. However, as soon as first dances were over, the DJ handed the mic over to Uncle Joe. All the guests ran over to the dance floor and… Uncle Joe lead everyone through the Hokey Pokey! It was the perfect way to open up this dance floor. 🙂

Danielle & Evan, thank you so much for having us out. I loved getting to work with you, your families and your bridal party. I could not have asked for a sweeter couple. 🙂 Enjoy your sneak peek!
