Two months into Abby’s Freshmen year of college, Abby and a few friends went on a late night run to IHOP. The best spontaneous decision she ever made because it was that night that she ended up meeting Mike. : )
The two started to talk and realized they were actually in the same dorm! Just a couple of floors a part.
The two started dating not long after and have been together ever since. : )
This past December 2021, Mike new he wanted to ask Abby to be his wife. He planned a fun trip to the Brookfield Zoo, one of their favorite things to do each year and waited for the perfect moment.
When they reached a light arch, he knew the time was right. He got down on one knee and Abby said, “Yes!”
