Meredith & Mason first connected not long after Meredith moved back to Chicago.
The two exchanged messages for a little bit and Mason just knew he wanted to meet Meredith in person. When he asked her out, Meredith responded, “Sure! I’m going salsa dancing tonight if you would like to come along.”
Mason cleared his schedule and headed out to meet Meredith. : )
This past Memorial Day weekend, Mason planned out his proposal.
The two enjoyed brunch together by the Lincoln Park Zoo then headed over to the board walk to enjoy the great weather and sunshine. As Mason got near the honeycomb, he could see a wedding was taking place! Thinking quickly, he changed directions and walked Meredith over to another part of the boardwalk where he got down on one knee. : )
