Meghan & David first met as Freshman in college at University of Illinois in Champaign in 2011 when they ended up in the same Business 101 class. After being assigned to the same group project, the two became friends who saw each other from time to time in different classes.
However, it wasn’t till the Spring of 2020 that the two reconnected in Chicago.
As it turns out, they actually lived just three buildings down from each other! The two had their first date on the rooftop of David’s building and have been inseparable since. : )
This past Summer the couple knew that they were ready for the next step. : )
David planned the proposal and surprised Meghan as the two walked through the Lincoln Park nature center together. As the two overlooked the city from the bridge, David got down on one knee!
