An Associate Engagement by Cassie at Cantigny Park: Maggie & Alex

Maggie & Alex were so much fun for RWP Associate Photographer Cassie to take engagement photos for this past week!!! Their love story began when they met as lifeguards, and began dating shortly as their connection quickly blossomed into something special. One of their first dates was at Guthries Tavern, a board game bar in Chicago, where they shared laughs and really began to see their connection spark. Maggie was drawn to Alex’s voice and Southside roots, while Alex was captivated by Maggie’s blue eyes, her intelligence, humor, and charm.

Alex’s proposal was a memorable surprise after a triathlon with all of their friends, so everyone was there to witness the moment. They took a walk to Colativo Coffee in Chicago, where Maggie was so surprised she wasn’t even dressed for a proposal! Luckily, her friend was there to take photos of the joy and excitement of Alex asking Maggie to marry him. : )

Their engagement session at Cantigny beautifully adventurous just like their relationship! You can see even through the camera that they are filled with laughter and an unbreakable connection.
