A Fall Wedding at The Farmhouse: Lauren & Matt

Being there to capture Lauren & Matt’s wedding day was a dream experience. The breathtaking Fall day provided the perfect setting at The Farmhouse Plainfield, where Lauren & Matt exchanged their vows. It was a day filled with unique moments and heartfelt emotions, and I’m incredibly thankful to have been a part of it. : )

While there were countless memorable moments throughout their special day, but I want to highlight three favorites that stood out to me…

#3. The anniversary dance at the couple’s wedding reception was just the sweetest. Seeing so many couples, of various years together, take to the dance floor was moving, but the highlight was undoubtedly Matt’s grandparents owning the dance floor the longest. : )

#2. Stealing away right after the ceremony for sunset photos provided an opportunity for some truly radiant and stunning shots of Lauren & Matt together. These ended up being some of my favorite photographs of the entire day! Their love in the soft, fading light.

#1. But perhaps the most unforgettable moment was Matt’s reaction to seeing Lauren for the first time during their first look. His expression was beyond words—full of love, awe, and emotion. You’ll just have to browse through the sneak peek to see the magic of that moment for yourself.
