As Blake and I walked down the street at our socially distant block party this Spring, we caught up with our neighbors. Couples and families standing in each driveway as we chatted from the sidewalk, 6 ft a part.
Such an odd start to the year. I had no clue, as we reached the end of the block, the couple we were about to meet would become good friends. 🙂
I’m so glad we got outdoors that day!
From bonfires, a surprise flood and impromptu street party. To walks, The Man Cave and double dates. It’s been so much fun getting to know Katie & Cj!
Katie & Cj actually met when they were still in high school. These two started as acquaintances. Cj was just the older brother of Katie’s friend. That didn’t last long though, over time, their acquaintance, turned to friendship and then something more. 🙂
After a couple years dating, including long distance, the two decided to make it official. The two tied the knot and Katie moved up to be with Cj that weekend.
Six years later, these two are stronger than ever. 😉
