Wedding days are truly my favorite days. 🙂
Bridesmaids are running about getting ready, parents are holding back tears and the wedding couple is buzzing with anticipation and excitement. There is really no other day like it and this wedding, on Monday, was the wedding between my gorgeous cousin Becca and her man Alex. 🙂 (I know, we look nothing alike, but it’s true!)
Needless to say, I am pumped to be sharing this sneak peek! However, first, in true Watson Wedding tradition, the Top 5 moments from Becca & Alex’s wedding…
#5. The Lace House was stunning! My favorite part though, was the balcony that ran around most of the house. We were able to get so many pretty photos of Becca and her Bridesmaids out there!
#4. Continuing in that theme, I just loved the gardens! Designed with intention with beautiful fountains, low maze type gardens and Spring flowers already in bloom, everything was stunning! I’m so glad we set aside the time to explore the different backdrops with Becca & Alex. 🙂
#3. The first look with Becca’s Dad! This is always such a sweet moment, but especially when it’s your cousin and her Dad. 🙂
#2. I loved the speeches! This is such a fun chance for me to get to know my couples through the lives of their friends. Cj’s speech was my favorite though. 🙂 I loved getting to hear just how much of an impact Becca & Alex have had on her and others lives. In her words, they truly see those around them, draw them in and love them well. That’s pretty cool.
#1. Finally, the bubbles machines!!! Friends, new Pro Tip. If you’re going to do a bubbles exit, have two bubbles machines! Becca & Alex used them as they exited their garden ceremony and throughout their outdoor reception. Totally worth it! Magical and beautiful. You’ll have to scroll to see what I mean. 😉
