Friends… this was SUCH A FUN WEDDING!!!
While we’ve had 10 or so weddings over the past 14 months, this wedding felt like the start to a long over due wedding season and it couldn’t have possibly been a better start. 🙂
While Hannah & Steven had so many fun moments throughout their wedding day, we’re brining back a Watson Wedding tradition and I’ll share just the top five that come to mind. 🙂
#5. Okay… this was my first time shooting a full wedding at the Farmhouse Plainfield and I just have to say… It’s stunning! The perfect backdrop. Especially, for when Hannah was getting ready! Her bridesmaids were so helpful, fun and the moments they shared, so sweet. You’ll have to scroll to check it out. 😉
#4. Poppin’ Champagne with Hannah and her bridesmaids! I was a little nervous off the bat. We were having trouble getting it to pop, but we got it and it was 100% worth it!
#3. Gizmo!!! Their sweet little puppy made an appearance during the couples first look and I’m so glad he did! Gizmo has been a huge part of their lives. Having him there, even just for a little bit, was really special.
#2. Wow! The ceremony. I say this all the time, but even if you do a First Look like Hannah & Steven, your ceremony… still such a powerful moment as you walk down the aisle! I think Steven would agree. 😉
#1. Finally, their sparkler exit! It was a little iffy, especially with the… umm… light drizzle, but Hannah & Steven decided to do it anyways and I’m so glad they did! Between the sparklers, Steven spinning Hannah around and the drops of water getting backlite… I think it’s one of my favorite sparkler exit shots EVER!
