It is always so special to see two high school sweethearts get married. This is especially true of Kali & Patrick! The love these two share even years later, I think you’ll see what I mean when you see their sneak peek. ; )
But before we get to the sneak peek, a Wedding tradition, here are the top three moments from the couple’s wedding day…
1. FIRST LOOK WITH THE BRIDESMAIDS
First looks are always a fun, special moment, but planning a special first look with Kali’s bridesmaids was extra sweet! Kali had ELEVEN bridesmaids – most of whom had not seen her stunning gown. We squeezed everyone into Kali’s parent’s room with their eyes closed and on the count of three, had them open their eyes! OH MY GRACIOUS… The reaction was priceless! I can still hear the screams and squeals! So sweet!
2. WEDDING PARTY AND BRIDE & GROOM PHOTOS AT FULLERSBURG WOODS
We managed to sneak away and capture some lovely photos with the full wedding party at Fullersburg Woods. Although it started to drizzle, Kali’s Mom came to the rescue with 14 clear bubble umbrellas for everyone to use. Luckily, the rain didn’t last long, and we were able to take some stunning portraits against a beautiful natural forest backdrop.
3. BONUS PHOTO
On our way to Fullersburg Woods, we stopped super quick back at Kali & Pat’s house for a photo with their fur baby, Finn. Finn looked so handsome dressed in his Tuxedo bandana and smiled perfectly in his family portrait.
Kali & Patrick, thank you so much for having us as your wedding photography team. Your day looked wonderful and I’m so glad the RWP team got to be the one’s to capture it.
