When Iasmin first reached out about doing an engagement session at Bolingbrook Clow International Airport, I had to know more.
Iasmin shared that for them, travel is a huge part of their lives. With Iasmin being from Brazil and Matt’s family originally from Poland, they’ve spent a lot of time traveling together. It just felt like the perfect fit for them and their destination wedding. 🙂
A wedding that wouldn’t have happened without their mutual friend Rose!
While Iasmin and Rose have been friends since they were teenagers, Rose met Matt in Grad school. While they could have met so many different times, they actually didn’t meet till 2019 when Rose invited a large group of friends to a Labor Day party. As Iasmin put it, “We [Iasmin & Matt] have been inseparable since!”
Keeping to the travel theme, Matt proposed just a few months ago when the two were traveling in Portugal. 🙂
The two were exploring a vineyard while enjoying some wine when Matt got down on one knee. It was the perfect proposal. Romantic, surprising and… Iasmin said yes! 😉
