Thinking back to Megan & Mackenzie’s wedding this past Saturday brings back so many fun memories! These two truly put together a day to remember and I’m so, so grateful we got to capture it. : )
With that in mind, I wanted to share just three of the unique parts of Megan & Mackenzie’s wedding day.
#3. When Megan Iced the Groomsmen! I was totally game when Megan said she wanted to do a first look with the Groomsmen. When she added that she wanted to surprise them with this, I just loved it! These guys were totally surprised and had a lot of fun with it. : )
#2. Getting outside for Bride & Groom photos! Y’all. I don’t know if you remember or not, but we had rain ALL DAY on Saturday. That didn’t bring these two down though and I’m so grateful! After family photos, I looked outside and saw that people had outside for cocktail hour. We all hustled outside, Megan’s Bridesmaids pulling double duty to make sure her dress stayed perfect and I’m so glad we did! The shots we got outside are some of my favorites from the whole day!
#1. The first look that Megan & Mackenzie shared together. These are always special, but I just felt like it was extra special on Saturday. After the couple’s first look, they shared private vows and getting to capture these moments for them on their wedding day was truly sweet. : )
